Below is “Developer Work Cycle” that explains how our employees learn and grow in their careers being part of this prestigious organization.

1. Review of Latest Skill Set: Whenever a new employee is hired or an existing employee completes his current project, his latest skills set developed till date is reviewed by Nextbridge Management.
2. Attachment in Development Team: After thorough review of an employee’s skill set, employee gets attached to one of wide range of projects that best suits his skills, experience and, of course, interest.
To make sure that each employee is placed in a development team that best suits his capabilities, we have an active placement department dedicated to matching employee’s skills and client’s requirements.
3. Project Completion: Employee completes a project under supervision of a Development Manager, in which he learns personal and organizational capabilities ranging from fine coding practices to teamwork.
That is why, latest skill set of employee is reviewed again as he is supposed to learn a lot at project end as compared to start of the project.
R&D Pool: In rare cases, placement department doesn’t find a requirement suitable to employee’s skills and abilities. In that case, being not a project-oriented company, the employee gets moved to our R&D Pool, where he explores new technologies or further improves his existing competence area.
